Information ex art. 13 D. LGS. 196/2003
Under Article 13 of the law. 196/2003, we inform the member that:
The data will be used to achieve the aims of the institution 's Association: a) communications. b) sending news on science activities and volunteer; c) to comply with what may be provided by supervisory bodies on voluntary activities.
Il transfer of such personal data derives from 'entry to' ASLTI and therefore is binding against the association.
Il refusal to provide personal information requested at the time of 'subscription or to authorize the processing involves the inability to receive the notices and thus participate in the life of' association.
The personal data may be transmitted by the shareholder as well as all those whose right of access to such data is recognized under the law, even to persons to whom such transfer is necessary or practicable for the fulfillment of the activities their association, such as mailing services, or companies bagging and sorting of mail.

Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, Article 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights

4.The 'have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection; the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
